POST 4: A MEAL OR FOOD YOU REALLY LIKE
One of my favorite foods is Hummus. This meal is basically a delicious mashed chickpeas accompanied by other ingredients such as garlic, lemon, ground cumin, extra virgen olive oil (very important) and parsley.
The best thing about Hummus is that it is very easy an quick to prepare, to become, simply grind the chickpeas in a blender an add the ingredients to taste. Although I don´t do it, it is usual to eat Hummus with some bread.
One of reasons why it is one of my favorite dishes is because of its soft and fine texture, it is also a very light meal for the stomach, so after lunch you are not left with the unpleasant feeling of having eaten too much. On the other hand, we can eat it without worrying about damaging our health, since chickpeas, its main ingredient, are legumes, which are not fattening and provide us with a high nutritional value.
